Bear Spotted Along Route 1 In Central Jersey

It was spotted near Cozzens Lane, North Brunswick police said in social media post before 10 a.m.

"Please stay indoors if possible until the animal is secured," the post said.

Police said the state Division of Fish & Wildlife had been notified,
